Ingredientes

  • 12 x Limes
  • 2 x Pods garlic
  • 4 x Inch piece ginger
  • 8 x Green chillies
  • 1 Tbsp. Chilli pwdr
  • 12 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 c. Vinegar

Direcciones

  1. Clean the limes and chop into smallish pcs, removing the seeds. Keep any lime juice which collects whilst chopping. Finely slice the garlic, ginger and chillies. Mix together all the ingredients except the vinegar. Cook over a low heat till mix is thick. Add in the vinegar and simmer for 5 min. Cold and bottle. Eat after 3-4 weeks.
