Ingredientes

  • 1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 12 marshmallows
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 c. cream, whipped
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts

Direcciones

  1. Add in water to make 1 cup if not sufficient juice.Dissolve Jello in pineapple juice by boiling 1 minute. Add in marshmallows and boil 1 more minute. Cool slightly and then add in cottage cheese and whip together by hand. Add in whipped cream, pineapple and nuts. Pour into mold.
