Ingredientes

  • 3 1/2 gal WATER, Cool
  • 1 1/2 gal WATER, Warm
  • 3 gal ICE
  • 12 lb LEMON FRESH
  • 7 lb SUGAR, GRANULATED 10 LB
  • 1 tsp IMITATION LEMON FLAVOR

Direcciones

  1. USE GRANULATED SUGAR.
  2. USE CANNED Frzn, SINGLE STRENGTH LIME JUICE AND WATER. Add in GREEN FOOD COLORING.
  3. Add in ICE JUST BEFORE SERVING.
  4. ALL NOTES ARE PER 100 PORTIONS.
  5. NOTE:
  6. IN STEP 2, 1 1/2-15 1/2 Ounce CN CANNED INSTANT GRAPEFRUIT JUICE MAY BE USED. Add in AN ADDITIONAL 1 1/2 Quart WATER.
  7. NOTE:
  8. IN STEP 2, 1 1/2 GAL (4-NO. 3 CYL CN) CANNED GRAPEFRUIT JUICE MAY BE USED. DECREASE WATER TO 2 3/4 GAL.
  9. IN STEP 2, 2 Quart FRESH LEMON JUICE ( 12 LB-4 DZ LEMONS A.P.) MAY BE USED, DECREASE WATER TO 3 1/2 GAL.
