Receta Lindsay's Famous Hi Pro Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1 c. Corn meal
- 1 c. Oat bran
- 1 3/4 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 x Teaspopon sale
- 2 Tbsp. Nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsp. Honey or possibly barley malt syrup
- 1 1/4 x Low fat soy lowfat milk,, (more if necessary for correct consistency, Jan's note)

- Here are some pancake recipes, you can add in diced bananas, washed and liquid removed blueberries, or possibly other favorite fruit to either of these. Jan Gordon
