Linguine With Anchovy Hot Peppers

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb linguine
  • 1 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 6 x anchovy fillets
  • 5 x warm cherry peppers seeded, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Cook linguine in a large pot with salted water till al dente. While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a medium saute/fry pan. Add in garlic, anchovy, and cherry peppers. Saute/fry till garlic is golden. Remove from heat.
  2. Drain pasta, saving about 1/2 c. of the water. Add in pasta back into pot. Place over medium heat. Add in garlic mix and the reserved water. Mix well over heat for 1 minute. Remove and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with parsley and salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
