Linguine With Gorgonzola Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 c. Whipping cream
  • 1/2 lb Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 lb Linguine, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, minced

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add in cream and heat gently. Add in Gorgonzola cheese; stir till smooth. Add in parmesan and linguine. Toss gently and thoroughly till well heated. Sprinkle with parsley and serve at once.
  2. NOTES : This is a nice alternative to Fettuccine Alfredo.
