Receta Linguine With Gorgonzola Sauce

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 c. Whipping cream
- 1/2 lb Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 lb Linguine, cooked and liquid removed
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, minced
Direcciones
- Heat butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add in cream and heat gently. Add in Gorgonzola cheese; stir till smooth. Add in parmesan and linguine. Toss gently and thoroughly till well heated. Sprinkle with parsley and serve at once.
- NOTES : This is a nice alternative to Fettuccine Alfredo.
