Receta Linguini With White Clam Sauce

- Heat butter and extra virgin olive oil in a medium skillet. Saute/fry garlic in oil and butter till golden brown. Add in liquid from clams, parsley, salt and oregano to garlic. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 min. Meanwhile, cook linguini by package directions. Drain. Add in clams to garlic mix and simmer 2 min. Place warm linguini on a heated platter. Pour sauce over and serve immediately.
- Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
