Linsensuppe (Lentil Soup)

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Lentils, (washed)
  • 6 c. Water, (approximately)
  • 3 x Beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 x Clove garlic, (minced fine)
  • 1 x Carrot, (diced)
  • 1 x Celery stalk, (diced)
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley, (minced)
  • 3 lrg Potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. Vinegar Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Add in the water to the washed lentils and bring to a boil. Add in boullion cubes, garlic, celery, carrot, parsley and simmer for about 1 1/2 hrs.
  2. Add in potatoes and boil for addional 30 min. Add in vinegar; salt and pepper to taste.
