Receta Linsensuppe (Lentil Soup)

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Lentils, (washed)
- 6 c. Water, (approximately)
- 3 x Beef bouillon cubes
- 1 x Clove garlic, (minced fine)
- 1 x Carrot, (diced)
- 1 x Celery stalk, (diced)
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley, (minced)
- 3 lrg Potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Add in the water to the washed lentils and bring to a boil. Add in boullion cubes, garlic, celery, carrot, parsley and simmer for about 1 1/2 hrs.
- Add in potatoes and boil for addional 30 min. Add in vinegar; salt and pepper to taste.
