- 1 1/3 c. Quaker Oats (quick cooking)
- 1 1/2 c. Fiber One or possibly All Bran Cereal
- 1 1/4 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr Healthy pinch of salt
- 1 Tbsp. Sweetener
- 2 x Egg whites or possibly egg replacer To equal one egg
- 1 c. Raisins
Direcciones
- Revised from a recipe on the Fiber One box. Mix together and add in to cereal mix. Spoon into veg sprayed (or possibly teflon coated) cupcake tins. Bake 25 mins. at 400 degrees.
- Makes 12.
- My best estimate: 140 calories each These aren't light, fluffy muffins, but they're satisfying and make a great snack!
