%20which%20are%20cabbage%20parcels%20filled%20with%20minced%20beef,%20chopped%20onion%20and%20carrots.%20The%20light%20gravy%20flavoured%20with%20tomato%20paste.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20topped%20our%20cabbage%20parcels%20with%20yoghurt%20and%20had%20more%20boiled%20potatoes.%20Vita%20informed%20us%20that%20they%20eat%20a%20lot%20of%20potatoes%20and%20there%20are%20many%20dishes%20are%20made%20out%20of%20potatoes.%20Not%20sure%20how%20they%20made%20the%20boiled%20potatoes%20but%20they're%20darn%20nice!%20One%20of%20the%20diner%20wiped%20out%20the%20entire%20bowl%20of%20potatoes%20cos%20it's%20just%20so%20good.%20Quite%20simple%20I%20would%20say%20to%20make%20this%20and%20I've%20told%20Vita%20that%20I%20will%20attempt%20it%20one%20day%20but%20it%20will%20be%20my%20own%20interpretation%20of%20this%20dish%20:p%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENext,%20for%20dessert...%20a%20log%20of%20Tinginys%20(lazy%20pal).%20I%20can%20hear%20the%20mmmmm%20around%20the%20table%20as%20we%20bit%20into%20the%20slices.%20It%20was%20so%20delicious%20that%20everyone%20asked%20what%20it%20is!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAs%20Vita's%20brother%20(oops%20my%20bad,%20I'm%20not%20sure%20in%20spelling%20his%20name%20but%20it%20starts%20with%20O)%20explained%20that%20there%20are%20just%203%20ingredients%20for%20this%20dessert.%20I%20managed%20to%20guess%20digestive%20biscuit%20first;%20after%20the%20second%20slice,%20out%20came%20condensed%20milk%20from%20my%20mouth.%20Somehow%20I%20just%20can't%20get%20the%20third%20ingredient!!!%20Nothing%20is%20impossible%20with%20the%20wonderful%20existence%20of%20the%20world%20wide%20web%20hahaha%20it%20was%20cocoa%20powder!%20Didn't%20taste%20much%20of%20cocoa%20but%20this%20reminds%20me%20of%20our%20kek%20batik%20made%20from%20Milo.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20the%20middle%20of%20our%20dessert,%20out%20came%20a%20bottle%20of%20Millers'%20Bitter%20which%20is%20a%20kind%20of%20herbal%20liquer.%20Someone%20commented%20tasted%20a%20little%20like%20J%C3%A4germeister.%20Wow%20this%20stuff%20is%20strong%20with%2050%25%20alcohol!%20We%20had%20little%20sips%20and%20seems%20like%20Tinginys%20tasted%20a%20little%20different%20after%20a%20sip%20of%20this.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20have%20enjoyed%20myself%20tremendously%20with%20this%20new%20dining%20experience%20that%20Plate%20Culture%20had%20offered.%20It's%20a%20great%20way%20to%20discover%20a%20new%20cuisine%20and%20it's%20wholesome%20since%20it's%20an%20intimate%20dinner%20together%20with%20the%20hosts.%20We%20get%20information%20of%20the%20new%20cuisine,%20culture,%20language,%20the%20country%20straight%20from%20the%20hosts.%20The%20plus%20point%20is,%20you%20can%20round%20up%20your%20friends%20to%20enjoy%20the%20dinner%20together%20taking%20it%20as%20a%20private%20dinner%20or%20on%20the%20other%20hand%20is%20meeting%20new%20people.%20Well%20you'll%20never%20know%20what's%20going%20to%20turn%20up%20after%20the%20dinner,%20perhaps%20it%20was%20a%20start%20of%20a%20beautiful%20friendship?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhen%20you%20check%20out%20Plate%20Culture's%20website,%20don't%20be%20surprised%20to%20see%20our%20pretty%20Kelly%20Siew%20as%20one%20of%20the%20hosts.%20I%20know%20Swee%20San%20is%20planning%20to%20host%20too!%20My%20buddy%20blogger%20Chao%20Kar's%20Transparent%20Apron%20is%20listed%20too!%20I%20was%20asked%20when%20I'm%20going%20to%20host%20hahaha%20ok%20I%20did%20thought%20of%20it%20but%20it's%20kinda%20far%20now%20for%20diners%20to%20travel%20all%20the%20way%20to%20our%20home%20where%20my%20friends%20always%20teased%20they%20needed%20to%20bring%20their%20passports%20to%20visit%20us.%20Hopefully%20one%20day%20ok%20;-)%20promised%20*fingers%20crossed*%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIf%20you're%20intrigued,%20please%20check%20out%20www.plateculture.com.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20would%20like%20to%20thank%20Audra%20&%20Fay%20for%20such%20a%20wonderful%20experience!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
