Ingredientes

  • 3 ounce Onion, minced
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Basil
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 6 ounce Tomato, finely minced
  • 3 ounce Mushrooms, finely minced
  • 3 ounce Green pepper, finely minced
  • 2 ounce Tomato paste
  • 6 ounce Spaghetti, cooked

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion in a suacepan with extra virgin olive oil till onions are translucent/soft. Add in garlic, basil, oregano and salt.
  2. Stir. Add in vegetables and tomato paste. Continue to cook over medium heat, covered, for 15 min. Add in spaghetti and toss. Serve warm.
