Ingredientes

  • 1 pound beef liver, cut into 2 x 1/2 inch strips
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tbsp. fat
  • 3 c. water
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. salt
  • 2 c. potatoes, peeled & diced
  • 1 1/2 c. carrots, diced
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 4 stalks celery, cut into sm. pcs

Direcciones

  1. Dredge liver in flour and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, brown in fat. Combine water, catsup, salt and add in to liver. Bring to a boil. Add in potatoes, carrots, onions and celery. Cover and cook gently 30 min. Serves 6.
