Ingredientes

  • 1 pound Mother Goose liverwurst
  • Garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 8 ounce soft cream cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • Olives

Direcciones

  1. Make one day ahead: Mash liver with ricer. Fold in garlic pwdr, basil, chopped onion. Cover and refrigerate. Shape into ball.Put together cream cheese, Tabasco, mayonnaise and garlic pwdr; mix with fork. Put some of this mix on the bottom of a serving plate. Place ball on top and frost with remainder of mix. Garnish with sliced olives.
