Ingredientes
- 1 pound Mother Goose liverwurst
- Garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 8 ounce soft cream cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- Olives
Direcciones
- Make one day ahead: Mash liver with ricer. Fold in garlic pwdr, basil, chopped onion. Cover and refrigerate. Shape into ball.Put together cream cheese, Tabasco, mayonnaise and garlic pwdr; mix with fork. Put some of this mix on the bottom of a serving plate. Place ball on top and frost with remainder of mix. Garnish with sliced olives.
