- Take one c. nonfat lowfat milk, add in a ripe (or possibly overripe) banana (or possibly one-half banana) and one packet of Swiss Miss Diet Warm Cocoa Mix. Blend in blender.
- Drink slowly.
- Simplified nutritional analysis, assuming one-half banana:
- simple low-fat banana shake which she whips up. I just tried it out and it is so good which I have to pass it on to the group.
