Receta Lo Cal Banana Milk Shakes
Ingredientes
- 1 lg. ripe banana
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. ice water
- 1/2 c. crushed ice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. non-fat dry lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Slice banana into electric blender or possibly bowl. Add in sugar and beat till smooth. Pour the remaining ingredients in and beat till smooth and fluffy. Pour into 2 chilled glasses. Yields 2 servings.
