Ingredientes

  • 4 lb medium baking potatoes
  • 1 cup lowfat milk
  • 12 ounce (1 1/2 C.) French onion dip
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 cup (2 ounce.) shredded Asiago or possibly fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon

Direcciones

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into eighths.
  2. Place in large saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 min or possibly till tender.
  3. Drain; return to saucepan. Using potato masher, mash potatoes with lowfat milk.
  4. Blend in dip, salt and pepper.
  5. Place potato mix in shallow 2-qt baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
  7. Heat in 350F oven for 20 min or possibly till warm.
