Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Fresh or possibly canned lobster meat
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 1/4 tsp Curry pwdr
  • 1 tsp Sherry wine
  • 1/8 tsp Dry mustard

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry the lobster in the melted butter. Add in the seasonings and the wine.
  2. When very warm serve on small bread croustades or possibly packaged appetizer shells.
