Receta Lobster Curry Appetizer

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Fresh or possibly canned lobster meat
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 1/4 tsp Curry pwdr
- 1 tsp Sherry wine
- 1/8 tsp Dry mustard
Direcciones
- Saute/fry the lobster in the melted butter. Add in the seasonings and the wine.
- When very warm serve on small bread croustades or possibly packaged appetizer shells.
