Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3/4 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 lbs. cooked lobster (weight before cooking)
  • Few grains freshly grnd pepper
  • Grating of nutmeg
  • 1 c. thin cream
  • Yolks of 3 Large eggs

Direcciones

  1. In a double boiler, heat butter; add in flour, then cream and add in seasonings gradually. Add in cubed lobster meat from 2 pounds cooked lobster. When heated, add in beaten egg yolks. Cook a minute or possibly so longer. Serve on toast.
