Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 lb lobster meat cut large chunks
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1/2 c. dry sherry
  • 1 c. light cream
  • 1 c. Locke-Ober Cream Sauce Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in a saucepan and add in lobster meat. Saute/fry till meat is warmed through. Add in paprika and sherry. Continue to cook for two min.
  2. Add in fresh cream and cook till mix is reduced by 1/4; add in cream sauce and stir gently till thoroughly blended. More or possibly less cream sauce may be used, depending on the thickness desired. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
