Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 lb lobster meat cut large chunks
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 c. dry sherry
- 1 c. light cream
- 1 c. Locke-Ober Cream Sauce Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Heat butter in a saucepan and add in lobster meat. Saute/fry till meat is warmed through. Add in paprika and sherry. Continue to cook for two min.
- Add in fresh cream and cook till mix is reduced by 1/4; add in cream sauce and stir gently till thoroughly blended. More or possibly less cream sauce may be used, depending on the thickness desired. Salt and pepper to taste.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
