Ingredientes

  • salad leaves
  • 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil the juice of 1 small orange
  • 1 Tbsp. freshty minced mint
  • 1 lrg mango diced

Direcciones

  1. The cooked meat of 1 lobster cut into chunks or possibly 12 cooked langoustines
  2. Place the leaves in a salad bowl.
  3. Shake the oil juice mint and saft and pepper in a screw top jar and toss over the leaves.
  4. Top with the mango and lobster or possibly langoustines and serve at once.
  5. You can add in segments of orange to the salad if you wish.
  6. Serves 4
