Ingredientes
- salad leaves
- 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil the juice of 1 small orange
- 1 Tbsp. freshty minced mint
- 1 lrg mango diced
Direcciones
- The cooked meat of 1 lobster cut into chunks or possibly 12 cooked langoustines
- Place the leaves in a salad bowl.
- Shake the oil juice mint and saft and pepper in a screw top jar and toss over the leaves.
- Top with the mango and lobster or possibly langoustines and serve at once.
- You can add in segments of orange to the salad if you wish.
- Serves 4
