Ingredientes

  • 2 c. fresh or possibly canned lobster meat
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 c. heavy cream
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp onion pwdr
  • 1/4 c. sherry Nutmeg to taste

Direcciones

  1. Cut lobster meat into bite-size pcs. Heat butter in skillet and add in lobster. Cook for 5 min over low heat.
  2. Separately mix heavy cream with water. Add in to skillet, stirring constantly. Don't allow this to boil. Add in salt and onion pwdr. Chill overnight.
  3. Reheat. Add in sherry. Serve in soup bowls or possibly in a table-serve tureen. Sprinkle with nutmeg just before serving.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings;
