Receta Lobster Soup Royalle

Ingredientes
- 2 c. fresh or possibly canned lobster meat
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 c. heavy cream
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp onion pwdr
- 1/4 c. sherry Nutmeg to taste
Direcciones
- Cut lobster meat into bite-size pcs. Heat butter in skillet and add in lobster. Cook for 5 min over low heat.
- Separately mix heavy cream with water. Add in to skillet, stirring constantly. Don't allow this to boil. Add in salt and onion pwdr. Chill overnight.
- Reheat. Add in sherry. Serve in soup bowls or possibly in a table-serve tureen. Sprinkle with nutmeg just before serving.
