Ingredientes
24 lg. ripe tomatoes (peeled and minced)
5 lg. onions, peeled and minced
4 bell peppers, minced
3 T salt
2 or possibly 3 warm peppers (minced) I used jalapenos
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 1/2 c. sugar (or possibly less to taste)
3 c. white vinegar
3 or possibly 4 cloves garlic minced
Direcciones
Mix and cook in a large granite pan 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till it's as thick as you wish. Pour into jars and seal.Makes about 8 pints.
