Receta Lois' Chunky Salsa

Ingredientes
- 24 lg. ripe tomatoes (peeled and minced)
- 5 lg. onions, peeled and minced
- 4 bell peppers, minced
- 3 T salt
- 2 or possibly 3 warm peppers (minced) I used jalapenos
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 1/2 c. sugar (or possibly less to taste)
- 3 c. white vinegar
- 3 or possibly 4 cloves garlic minced
Direcciones
- Mix and cook in a large granite pan 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till it's as thick as you wish. Pour into jars and seal.Makes about 8 pints.
