Ingredientes

  • 2 c. toasted croutons
  • 1 lb bulk sausage, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 x 4 oz can minced green chilies
  • 8 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Combine the first six ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients mixing well. Pour over sausage mix in casserole dish. Cover and chill at least 12 hrs.
  2. Uncover and bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 35 to 40 min till warm.
  3. Makes 10 servings.
