Several months ago my wife told me why not create something unique that other haven’t made yet and so I did which I started with the Ultimate Pinoy Burger. I was inspired and challenged by that comment so once in a while I will be creating some original recipes that no one ever made before, it can be a mash up of already existing food items or a totally new creation. I am not sure if you can patent recipes but I heard that you can’t, or if you can it would be a lengthy process so I will be forgetting it for now (unless someone helps me to do so). .%20That%20means%20whatever%20is%20posted%20here%20might%20be%20or%20will%20be%20copied%20by%20someone%20someday%20and%20hopefully%20with%20the%20help%20of%20my%20blog%20readers%20and%20the%20power%20of%20internet%20archive%20if%20any%20of%20this%20recipes%20are%20to%20be%20found%20somewhere%20sometime,%20someone%20will%20know%20that%20it%20originally%20appeared%20at%20Ang%20Sarap.%20So%20starting%20today%20to%20better%20identify%20what%20those%20recipes%20are%20I%20created%20a%20category%20called%20%E2%80%9CAng%20Sarap%20Original%E2%80%9C,%20though%20I%20have%20the%20Freestyle%20category%20this%20does%20not%20count%20as%20an%20original%20because%20the%20ones%20I%20categorize%20with%20this%20keyword%20has%20been%20existing%20on%20other%20sites%20already%20before%20me%20even%20though%20I%20thought%20they%20weren%E2%80%99t%20the%20first%20time%20I%20made%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnyways%20let%E2%80%99s%20go%20back%20to%20our%20recipe%20today.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhen%20I%20was%20brainstorming%20what%20I%20will%20be%20doing%20for%20today%E2%80%99s%20post,%20I%20was%20thinking%20of%20making%20a%20Filipino%20variety%20of%20the%20American%20Hotdog.%20I%20was%20thinking%20of%20replacing%20the%20main%20elements%20like%20the%20hotdogs,%20pickles%20and%20its%20condiments%20with%20something%20Filipino.%20So%20with%20the%20hotdogs%20I%20replaced%20them%20with%20longaniza,%20a%20Filipino%20style%20sweet%20garlicky%20sausage.%20The%20pickle%20relish%20I%20replaced%20them%20atchara,%20a%20Filipino%20style%20atchara%20made%20from%20green%20papaya.%20I%20then%20added%20tomatoes%20and%20salted%20duck%20eggs%20as%20this%20is%20usually%20used%20to%20pair%20with%20longaniza%20for%20breakfasts.%20Finally%20I%20topped%20it%20with%20some%20garlic%20infused%20mayonnaise.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENow%20it%E2%80%99s%20serving%20time%20and%20I%20was%20awaiting%20for%20my,%20my%20wife%20and%20daughters%20verdict.%20It%20surprisingly%20worked%20on%20hotdog%20buns%20and%20definitely%20if%20I%20have%20a%20restaurant%20I%20will%20be%20serving%20this%20there.%20It%E2%80%99s%20a%20good%20combination%20of%20flavours%20and%20texture%20which%20I%20guess%20a%20lot%20of%20people%20will%20love.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELonganiza%20Dog%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECombine%20mayonnaise%20and%20garlic%20together,%20set%20aside%20Steam%20hotdog%20buns%20in%20high%20setting%20for%20a%20minute.%20Cut%20hotdog%20buns%20in%20the%20middle%20then%20add%20one%20heaping%20tbsp%20of%20atchara,%20one%20skinless%20longaniza,%20three%20slices%20of%20salted%20duck%20eggs,%20two%20slices%20of%20tomatoes%20and%20top%20with%20garlic%20mayonnaise.%20Serve.%20%203.2.2925%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELike%20Loading...%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
