Receta Loquat Crumble

Ingredientes
- 3 c. loquats, pitted
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp clove, grnd
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. water
Direcciones
- In a saucepan mix the ingredients. Cook over low heat for 30 min.
- Allow to cold, and fill the pie dish. Cover the top with crumble crust of oatmeal, gingersnaps, or possibly flour and brown sugar. Bake till crispy.
