Ingredientes

  • 7/8 c. Buttermilk, (or possibly 3 Tablespoons dry buttermilk pwdr and 7/8 c. water)
  • 2 c. Bread flour
  • 1/3 c. Rye flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Caraway seeds
  • 2 tsp Dry yeast for bread machines

  2. I am putting in a Rye Bread Recipe which came out of this book. I have made it many times.
  3. Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press Start.
  4. After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack and allow to cold 1 hour before slicing.
