Ingredientes

  • 3/4 lb unpeeled medium-size fresh shrimp
  • 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. dry red wine
  • 1 tsp chili pwdr
  • 1 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp grnd red pepper French or possibly Italian bread

Direcciones

  1. Peel shrimp, and devein, if you like. Place shrimp in a single layer in an ungreased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine butter and next 7 ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till butter melts. Pour over shrimp. Bake, uncovered, at 4001/4 for 6 to 8 min or possibly till shrimp turn pink. Serve with bread.
