Receta Louisiana Baked Shrimp

Ingredientes
- 3/4 lb unpeeled medium-size fresh shrimp
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter or possibly margarine
- 2 Tbsp. dry red wine
- 1 tsp chili pwdr
- 1 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp grnd red pepper French or possibly Italian bread
Direcciones
- Peel shrimp, and devein, if you like. Place shrimp in a single layer in an ungreased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Combine butter and next 7 ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till butter melts. Pour over shrimp. Bake, uncovered, at 4001/4 for 6 to 8 min or possibly till shrimp turn pink. Serve with bread.
