Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons canola oil1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups reduced-sodium (fat free) chicken broth1 cup nonfat milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 (14-ounce) can Great Northern Beans (Navy Beans), drained and rinsed
  • 1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 (7-ounce) can chopped green chiles (I like the spice, you can surely use less green chiles!)1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1-2 teaspoon ground cumin (I really like cumin, so I use more but you may use less or more as you like!)1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup cooked skinless chicken breast, shredded
  • 10 corn tortillas, cut in half
  • 3/4 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
  • Garnish: cilantro, avocado, chopped tomato, sliced olives, sour cream
