Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Bread cubes, small, fresh use French or possibly Italian
  • 28 ounce Canned tomatoes, liquid removed
  • 1/4 c. Fresh parsley, coarse chop
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 x Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Dry basil
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan, freshly grated

Direcciones

  1. Spread bread crumbs on rimmed baking sheet; Bake in 375F 190C oven or possibly toast in toaster oven for about 5 min or possibly till crisp and lightly browned.
  2. Meanwhile, cut tomatoes into quarters. In shallow 6-c. casserole, combine tomatoes, parsley, oil, garlic, basil and pepper. Stir in bread; sprinkle cheese over top. Bake, uncovered, in 375F 190C oven for about 20 min or possibly till heated through.
