Receta Low Cal Tomato Gratin

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Bread cubes, small, fresh use French or possibly Italian
- 28 ounce Canned tomatoes, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. Fresh parsley, coarse chop
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Dry basil
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan, freshly grated
Direcciones
- Spread bread crumbs on rimmed baking sheet; Bake in 375F 190C oven or possibly toast in toaster oven for about 5 min or possibly till crisp and lightly browned.
- Meanwhile, cut tomatoes into quarters. In shallow 6-c. casserole, combine tomatoes, parsley, oil, garlic, basil and pepper. Stir in bread; sprinkle cheese over top. Bake, uncovered, in 375F 190C oven for about 20 min or possibly till heated through.
