Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce skimmed lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 banana, sliced frzn
  • 1/2 teaspoon artificial sweetener

Direcciones

  1. Put lowfat milk in blender. Add in vanilla and frzn banana a little at a time. If a thicker shake is preferred, add in ice cubes till desired thickness.
