Low Calorie Cooked Dressing

Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Istant nonfat dry lowfat milk,
  • 1 1/4 tsp Dry mustard,
  • 1 tsp Salt,
  • 1/8 tsp Freshly gound pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. All-purpose flour,
  • 1 med Egg,(I use egg replacer)
  • 1 c. Water,
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine, Sugar substitute equivalent to 6 ts sugar

Direcciones

  1. Combine dry ingredents in top of double boiler. Beat egg slightly and combine with water and vinegar. Add in to dry ingredients slowly, stirring to blend well. Cook over simmering water, stirring constantly till thick and smooth. Remove from heat. Add in margarine and sweetener; blend well. Turn into a pint jar; cover. Store in refrigerator.
