Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 c. nonfat powdered lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 c. ice water
  • 1/2 tsp liquid sugar substitute

Direcciones

  1. In a small skillet, add in the water; sprinkle gelatin on top.
  2. After the gelatin has soaked in, stir over low heat till clear; cold. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lowfat milk, vanilla, ice water, and sugar substitute; mix well.
  3. Add in the gelatin mix and whip till fluffy with a wire whisk or possibly electric beaters. Chill till ready to use.
  4. This recipe yields 8 servings.
