Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. nonfat powdered lowfat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c. ice water
- 1/2 tsp liquid sugar substitute
Direcciones
- In a small skillet, add in the water; sprinkle gelatin on top.
- After the gelatin has soaked in, stir over low heat till clear; cold. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lowfat milk, vanilla, ice water, and sugar substitute; mix well.
- Add in the gelatin mix and whip till fluffy with a wire whisk or possibly electric beaters. Chill till ready to use.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
