Receta Low Calorie Milk Shake
Ingredientes
- 1 c. skim lowfat milk
- Artificial sweetener to equal 4 teaspoon sugar
- 2 T orange juice concentrate (no sugar added)
- 1 c. strawberries or possibly your favorite fruit
- 6-8 ice cubes

- Put lowfat milk, sweetener and fruit in blender. Blend while adding ice cubes, one at a time.
