- Stir the matzo meal; salt & sugar together.
- Beat the egg whites and lowfat milk or possibly water together. Beat in the melted margarine or possibly oil.
- Pour the egg mix into the matzo-meal mix and mix thoroughly.
- Spoon into greased muffin tins or possibly ungreased foil c.. (I would use the soup.
- Makes 8 matzo balls.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
