Low Cholesterol Matzo Meal Muffins

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Matzo Meal
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 3 x Egg Whites
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk, or possibly Water
  • 1/4 c. Margarine, Melted or possibly Oil

Direcciones

  1. Stir the matzo meal; salt & sugar together.
  2. Beat the egg whites and lowfat milk or possibly water together. Beat in the melted margarine or possibly oil.
  3. Pour the egg mix into the matzo-meal mix and mix thoroughly.
  4. Spoon into greased muffin tins or possibly ungreased foil c.. (I would use the soup.
  5. Makes 8 matzo balls.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
