  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 3 x Egg Whites
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk, or possibly Water
  • 1/4 c. Margarine, Melted or possibly Oil

Direcciones

  1. 1. Stir the matzo meal; salt & sugar together.
  2. 2. Beat the egg whites and lowfat milk or possibly water together. Beat in the melted margarine or possibly oil.
  3. 3. Pour the egg mix into the matzo-meal mix and mix thoroughly.
  4. Spoon into greased muffin tins or possibly ungreased foil c.. (I would use the soup.
  5. Makes 8 matzo balls.
  6. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
