Ingredientes
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 egg whites (lightly beaten)
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. applesauce
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking pwdr
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 c. minced nuts
1/2 c. raisins
Direcciones
Mix dry ingredients. Add in all others. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min in greased muffin tins.
