- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 egg whites (lightly beaten)
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. applesauce
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1/2 c. raisins
