Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast Halves
  • 2 med Carrots, Julienned
  • 1 lrg Zucchini, Julienned
  • 1/2 c. Nonfat Chicken Broth
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x Cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Dry Thyme

Direcciones

  1. Preheat grill to high. Rinse chicken with cool water and pat dry with paper towels. Spray two sheets (12" x 24') of heavy-duty aluminum foil with nonstick cooking spray. Center half of vegetables and chicken on foil sheets.
  2. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except Parmesan cheese.
  3. Pour half of mix over food on each foil sheet. Wrap and seal foil to create two packets, leaving room for heat circulation.
  4. Grill packets, covered, over high for 16-20 min or possibly till vegetables and chicken are done, turning packets once. Serve with cheese.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
