  • 2 c. brown rice cooked
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. carrots shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup

Direcciones

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill at least 1 hour prior to serving to allow flavors to blend.
